Last weekend, my sister Lulu invited me to a Palm Springs getaway. If you knew my sister, you’d know that it was a no-brainer to say “Yes!” with no hesitation.

Off we went! We had two nights and three days of delicious food, desserts, drinks, and shopping, and relaxing. Lulu smartly chose a hotel that was right off the main street, so we walked EVERYwhere we went. (I got lots of exercise!)

It was the perfect, much needed, getaway.

I’ve never been to Palm Springs, and honestly didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find lots of diversity everywhere we went. I love hearing different languages, and I wasn’t disappointed. I also loved eating outside, for lots of people watching. And music was playing all the time – another thing I loved.

I was so inspired by the gorgeous skies and all the beautiful color everywhere. I’m definitely looking forward to going back!

Thanks to my awesome sister for such a great getaway. I came home relaxed and rested, and inspired in so many ways…
