Life’s finally settling down a bit around here…my mother in law is currently in a nursing home receiving the necessary help in recovering from her broken hip and the problems that resulted from it (including a heart attack). Lawrence went back to work on Monday and I opened up my Etsy shops again…

I wanted to share my last art journal pages for 2014. I stated in an earlier blog post that I’ve art journaled even before the term ‘art journaling’ started being used…writing and drawing in notebooks has always been an outlet for me. I’ve always journaled – I think of them as visual diaries. Again, today the term most often used is art journaling…
I’ve been journaling more often recently, and it’s really helped me in several ways: by writing out thoughts on paper, it makes me focus on what I need to do. I’m also writing out my ideas and plans for my art business, which is what I really want to focus on in the new year…
So here are the last pages I created for 2014 – and I can’t wait to create my first pages for 2015!
